职位要求：
1.Leaddirect financial areas, including accounting, controltreasury functions, business planningfinancing, budget preparation.
2.Implement strengthened financial policies, proceduressystems. This includes reviewing, modifyingamending, as necessary, policiesprocedures to keep pace with the company’s operations.
3.The Finance Manager’s objective is to develop appropriate measurements of the company’s performance, work with managers to achieve the results,communicate these results to senior management.
4.Establishmaintain strong working relationships with other managers to provide assistance with the identificationdevelopment of creative solutions to a full range of business opportunities and/or problems.
5.Establishmaintain standard cost systems, product calculation, cost analysisfinance analysis.
6.Plandirect short-termlong-term financial forecasting as an integral part of the business planning process.
7.Evaluaterecommend changes in the company’s cost center, as appropriate.
